Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation Policy

At Laketta, we understand that unexpected scheduling changes can happen. If you need to cancel your booking or purchase, please follow our Order Cancellation Policy. Keep in mind that our products are in high demand and when one is booked or purchased, it may not be available for others.

To cancel a booking, please submit a cancellation request through your My Account as soon as possible. If you purchased Cancellation Protection at checkout, you will receive a full cash refund for the price of your booking or purchase. Note that the Cancellation Protection fee is non-refundable.

If your booking is cancelled:

  • More than 30 days prior to shipment, you will receive a full cash refund or store credits worth 110% of the price of your booking or purchase.
  • 14-30 days prior to shipment, you will receive a full cash refund or store credits worth 110% of the price of your booking or purchase, with a cancellation fee of $10.95.
  • 14 days or less prior to shipment, you will receive store credits worth the price of your booking or purchase, minus a cancellation fee of $10.95.

For one-time rentals and purchases, once the product has been dispatched, a refund request must be submitted through your My Account instead of a cancellation request.

Refunds Policy:

If you receive a product that is not suitable, we offer a replacement for a fee of $14.95 for return processing and delivery. If the replacement item costs more, you will be charged the difference. If the replacement item costs less, you will receive store credits for the difference.

All purchases that need to be returned must be sent back to us within 24 hours of delivery, and must be unworn with tags intact or, for consumables, unused and unopened. A refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, and any requests submitted after that time will not be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive the unworn or unused product back, we will issue store credits for the price minus the shipping cost.
